Why did the brand Franprix choose Sensefuel?

Franprix was using a mobile application for the loyalty programme of its network of city-centre convenience

stores, but did not have an e-commerce site. The brand wanted to put in place the best technologies to ensure the best performance when it launched its e-commerce activities.

For its convenience stores, Franprix’s strategy is to provide support for each individual customer. The company needed to roll out the same strategy online.
