Why did the brand Interior's choose Sensefuel?

For more than 40 years, Interior’s has been creating furniture collections manufactured in its own factories.

The company distributes its collections via a network of more than 30 shops and through its online store.

The brand wanted to create a new search experience for its website, having reached the limits of its existing search engine. Interior’s wanted not only to improve the performance and relevance of its e-commerce search engine, but also to add functionality such as filters for categories or features and suggested search terms.

The main challenge for Interior’s teams was how to reflect the quality of its collections and the ambiance of its physical stores in its online search results. Attracted by its ability to individualise search results and its easy-to-use e-merchandising functionality, Interior’s decided to compare Sensefuel with its old search engine, with the help of A/B testing.
